Welcome! I’m Cissy. 👋
I’m thrilled you’re here.
I write to reimagine what it means to become more human, to live a meaningful life and to grapple with what human flourishing means in the 21st century. I explore themes centered around finding peace in our inner world and actualizing our full expression in our outer world.
My intention is to inspire conversations around how to find our way towards a life that overflows with unbridled curiosity, wonder, and agency. To flourish is to be deeply connected with our intuition and driven by cleanly fueled ambition in pursuit of actualizing our fullest self-expression. This is my effort in dreaming up that world with you and inviting us each to come home to ourselves.

About Cissy
🏛️ I study the science of human flourishing at Penn in the Master of Applied Positive Psychology program and am the General Manager at The Commons where I’m building a modern town square. If you find yourself in San Francisco, please swing by and join us for a public event!
I’m passionate about curating experiences that allow us to visit our edges and freely unfold into the truest versions of ourselves. In my free time, I enjoy meditating, reading, writing, frolicking through national parks, urban hiking all of San Francisco, and hosting the occasional retreat.
Here’s the latest on what I’m up to:
Previously, I worked in product & community at Levels, advised startups at GV (Google Ventures), and worked in product & client services at Wellington Management.
If my writing resonates, I’d love to hear from you in the comments or say hi on Twitter!
